Legacies and donations

It is simple to make a donation to the Trust immediately via Virgin Money Giving. You can either make a one off donation or set up regular giving through monthly payments. We are so grateful for any and all donations we receive to help keep Somerset churches and chapels alive.

Donations can also be made via cheques made payable to: Somerset Churches Trust and sent to:

Leaving a lasting legacy

Legacies play a very important part in our funding and we are extremely grateful to be remembered in this way. If you have particular connections or deep affection for Somerset’s wonderful heritage of churches and chapels, a legacy will help us to continue to care for them for years to come.

Important tax advantages can be gained by leaving part of your estate to a registered charity. You will need to add specific wording to your will leaving your bequest to Somerset Churches Trust (Registered Charity No. 1055840)
